Last updated: September 2026
1. Scope
This page is a product-stage privacy notice for the VextorOS development environment. Before commercial launch it should be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel for the jurisdictions, processors and production infrastructure actually used.
2. Account and workspace data
VextorOS may process account information, workspace membership, CRM records, tasks and other data users intentionally add to the service.
3. Connected services
When a user connects supported email providers, VextorOS uses provider authorization to access only the scopes requested by the integration. Users can disconnect integrations from the application.
4. Security and access
Workspace access is controlled through authentication, tenant boundaries and role-based permissions. Production policies, retention schedules and processor disclosures must be finalized before public commercial use.
5. Contact
Privacy questions can be directed to the official VextorOS business contact published for the production service.
